The Badminton Korea Association's attempt to discipline the opponents of 'Makga Fasik' has been put on hold again.

The Badminton Association received a stern warning on the 31st that it will be designated as a management organization if it does not show willingness to self-purify Chairman Kim Taek-kyu in the announcement of the final results of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's 'Office Inspection and Assistance Project Performance Inspection'.

It was revealed on the same day that the Badminton Association, which is full of insolvency, decided to cancel the review of the disciplinary agenda after being blocked by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism while trying to discipline Kim Taek-kyu, an opposition executive.

According to Sports Chosun coverage, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism sent an official letter on the 30th to request restraint after it was revealed that the association held a sports fair committee meeting on November 1 to deliberate on disciplinary action against director Cha Yoon-sook. In response, a high-ranking official of the association's secretariat reportedly replied, "'We will remove the disciplinary action against director Cha from the Fair Trade Commission meeting.'"

The association has recently been criticized for trying to push for disciplinary action by holding its own FTC to print Cha, a representative opposition to Chairman Kim. On the 25th, Cha received a request to attend the Sports Fair Committee on November 1 from the association. The reason for the attendance was to "disclose the facts that have not been confirmed as the current executive director and give an explanation for the facts that have defamed the executive and those involved in the Badminton Korea Association."

Director Cha participated in the board's statement calling for the resignation of the head of the association and Chairman Kim Taek-kyu after various allegations of corruption and poor administration were revealed in the wake of the "Ahn Se-young's Decisive Statement" incident, and was called the "Kim Taek-kyu Opposition" by attending a questionnaire on pending issues of the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee on the 24th of last month.

In the final results of the investigation announced by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the 31st, Chairman Kim was asked to be dismissed along with an investigation request for allegations of breach of trust, embezzlement, and violation of the subsidy law. In addition, the poor administration of the association's secretariat, including the executive director and the secretary general, was revealed one after another. Much of what Director Cha has made as a 'public interest informant' were consistent with the facts.

Nevertheless, the association tried to discipline director Cha even by ignoring its own FTC regulations and the National Assembly Testimony Appraisal Act. In the end, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism warned that it was an attempt to take unfair personnel measures and put the brakes on it.

The association's attempt to eliminate the opposition of the Makga faction has been withdrawn in the past. On October 11, an extraordinary general meeting of representatives was held to attempt to dismiss six opposition executives, including director Cha After being pointed out by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, he quietly followed up.

At that time, the request for convening an extraordinary general meeting was submitted on October 4 by the president of some provincial and provincial associations known as 'Chin Kim Taek-gyu'. The request for disciplinary action against director Cha was previously filed with Chairman Kim on September 26 and 27. It was shortly after Cha appeared as a reference at the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee (September 24) and made a statement.

The association seems to have belatedly come up with retaliatory disciplinary measures in line with the final announcement of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism after attempting to dismiss Cha and five vice presidents instead of keeping the disciplinary demands received against Cha individually. In the end, it was a series of 'false kicks' that only dropped the association's image to the floor.

Director Cha said in a phone call with Sports Chosun that the cancellation of the Fair Trade Commission's disciplinary review is a natural result. It's just a pity that the Badminton Association has come to this"We are waiting for the association's formal notification of the cancellation of the disciplinary action."
