Hyundai Engineering & Construction beat Jeong Kwan-jang and held the championship cup in their arms in the women's volleyball final of the 2024 Tongyeong Dodram Cup (KOVO Cup) held at Tongyeong Gymnasium in South Gyeongsang Province on the 6th.
It's the fifth of its kind for Hyundai Engineering & Construction. It is the first cup championship in three years since 2021. Jeong Kwan-jang swallowed anger at the threshold of winning the championship for the first time in six years since 2018.
Moma's presence is expected to remain this year. This year is my fourth year living in Korea. Although the blocking wall of other teams, which is clearly higher than before, MOMA won the MVP by leading Hyundai Engineering & Construction to the championship.

Jeong Kwan-jang, who was the opponent of the finals, has a strong blocking wall, ranging from Jung Ho-young, Park Eun-jin, and Lee Sun-woo on the double gun line between Bukrich and Mega. There are many teams with higher blocking compared to the previous season, such as GS Caltex's Silva-Wyler and Korea Expressway Corporation's Nicolova-Uni.
