 Thailand's prestigious Robbinswood GC Joins New AGLF Membership

Robinswood Golf Club (Robinsonwood GC), a prestigious golf course affiliated with Thailand's Rainwood Group, has joined as a new member of the Asian Golf Leaders Forum (AGLF).

Park Paul, AGLF's general secretary, met with Rainwood Park Group CEO Warapanit Luarungruang in Bangkok, Thailand on the 14th (Korea time) and signed a membership agreement. Robinsonwood GC became the second AGLF member in Thailand after the Thai Women's Golf Association (TALGA). AGLF corporate membership increased to 11.

Rainwood Group is a comprehensive investment company in Thailand. Major business areas include consumer goods, hotels, residential real estate, golf courses, wellness centers, travel agencies, aviation, marine engineering, and finance. Currently working on the Rainwood Park project near Bangkok, Thailand.

AGLF was established in 2020 to promote the development of women's golf in the Asia-Pacific region. There are four founding members: Chairman Huh Kwang-soo (former chairman of the Korea Golf Association), Chairman Kim Sang-yeol (former KLPGA chairman), Chairman Kim Jung-tae (former Hana Financial Group chairman, current KLPGA chairman), and Chairman Park Eun-kwan (CEO of Simone Group). Corporate members include Robbinswood GC, Sky 72, Solago CC, Hoban Construction, Yeo-eun, Yuseong CC, Seol Hae-won CC (Korea), Pondokindag, KMK Group (Indonesia), Golf Zone China (China), and Poscon Group (Philippines).
