'God of penalty kicks'

Andersson (31, real name Andersson López), a Brazilian mercenary who played in the K-League, is in the spotlight as a penalty kick god in the Japanese J-League.

The Japanese soccer magazine 'Scar Digest' reported on the 18th that the J-League Federation of Japan introduced a video of López's PK collection on the 17th, saying that López, a member of the Yokohama Marinos, boasts a 100% success rate this season.

J-League Secretariat says 'PK Master Andersson López's skillful skills, binge!(イッキ見!)' introduced López's incredible PK success scenes.

López joined FC Seoul as a loan player in the 2018 season under the registered name 'Andelson' and played for seven months from March to October. At the time, Andersson played in 30 games and recorded six goals and four assists.

Since then, he has played for Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo (Japan) and Wuhan (China) in 2022 and won the Yokohama uniform, ranking second in the J-League scoring rankings with 19 goals (three assists) in 31 games this season. On top of that, he ranks first in left-footed scoring (15 goals) and second in average shooting per game (3.3).

Considering that Yokohama ranks 12th out of 20 teams, López is playing an unrivaled striker in the J-League.

Of the 19 goals he scored this season, he has succeeded as a PK in a total of six goals, showing off his ability as a 'white-haired one'. The Japanese media are admiring that 'phenomenal'

Fans' reaction to López's video is also a surprise, according to the message of 'Secard Digest'.

I knew the fans were good at kicking the ball, but it's amazing that the success rate is 100%", "The opposing goalkeeper seems to give up when López's PK decision is made" and " Even if the direction is read, the skill and guts to hit the side of the net are amazing", "Kick direction, speed, and skill level are different." It is said that he is pouring out praise on his back.
