Lee Tae-sung, president of Seah Group (CEO of Seah Holdings), officially announced his candidacy for the 26th president of the Korea Table Tennis Association.

In addition to announcing his candidacy, he challenged the by-election to replace Yoo Seung Min, the former president of the Korea Table Tennis Association (former IOC member), who resigned early last month.

President Lee, who volunteered for the Table Tennis Association led by Chairman Yoo with his special affection for table tennis, reportedly decided to run for the president of the Korea Table Tennis Association after the invitation of Samgo.

Seah Group signed an MOU with the Korea Table Tennis Association in 2022 and is discovering and fostering young dream players through the establishment of the 「Seah Academy」, and as an official sponsor of the national team, it has not spared any support such as training elite players and supporting national team rewards.
