Regarding the process of appointing Hong Myung-bo, the biggest procedural defect pointed out by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's audit office was delegated by Lee Im-saeng, the technical director, at the 11th extraordinary meeting after the resignation of Chairman Jung Hae-sung.
