Yang Min-hyuk (18), who is about to say goodbye to Gangwon FC, vowed to do his best for the rest of the year. Yang Min-hyuk's transfer to Tottenham in the English Premier League in January next year has been decided.

Yang Min-hyuk contributed to his 1-0 victory against FC Seoul in the 34th round of the 'Hana Bank K League 1 2024' held at Gangneung Stadium on the 20th.

Gangwon jumped to second place. At the same time, he cut off his bad relationship with Seoul. Gangwon won three points against Seoul for the first time in 543 days since April 26, 2023 (3-2 wins).

Now there are four games left for Yang Min-hyuk to play in the Gangwon uniform.

A question and answer with Yang Min-hyuk.

-How do you feel about winning.

▶I never beat Seoul. I really wanted to win with that memory. It was very important because it was the first split game. I was able to win because I prepared well.

-Did you have any personal determination.

▶ (The final round) is the remaining five games in Gangwon Province. I want to show my fans a good side of me. I want to finish with good results with the older brothers. I personally prepared well. I'm satisfied that it came out well on the field.

-He faced Kang Joo-hyuk, who is the same age as Seoul.

▶Joo Hyuk and I have been together since we were 17. Now they play each other in the professional league. I'm grateful that I can show you more because Yoon Jung-hwan gave me a chance. Now that I've played more games, I'm getting a lot of attention and evaluation, but Joo Hyuk will also get better evaluation next year.

-He had difficulties before and after he was selected for the national team.

▶I felt a lot after coming back from September. I think I grew up watching the older brothers. I wasn't selected in October, but I didn't care much. I showed it to you personally, so I wanted to be called again next time, so I did a good job of organizing my mind. It came out well on the field.

-Did you see Lingard ask for a place to eat during Media Day.

▶Since there are many good restaurants in Gangneung, I can tell you, but I thought we had to wait and see if we could win or eat.

-Gimcheon and Ulsan matches are left.

▶The same is true today, but I prepared just by watching the game in front of me. Since I beat Seoul today, I will prepare for the next game after watching Gimman. It's a tournament among the players right now. We prepare as if we lose one game and fall. If I prepare like that, I think I can win without a problem.

-Do you have any physical problems.

▶After the season, I think I will take a month off and move on (to Tottenham). In the meantime, I think I should prepare well for both recovery and exercise. I built up my physical strength well in my alma mater, Jeil High School. I'm here now because I learned well with coach Jeon Kwang-hwan and coaches. I want to say thank you to the coach of Jeilgo.

-Will Gangwon's advance to the Asian Champions League be a motivation for him.

▶I'm leaving, but I have older brothers and players left in the team. Even if I go, I think I have to have a good influence on the team until the end. If I do my best with that in mind, I think I'll be in the rankings. I want to have fun with my brothers for the rest of the game.
