Former Rangers manager Alan McCoist appeared on British sports radio on the 8th (Korea time) and evaluated whether major stars active on the European stage were 'Walkle' (World Class).
Surprisingly, McCoist surprised soccer fans by saying Tottenham captain Son Heung-min, EPL's second consecutive top scorer, Erling Holan (Man City), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Chelsea ace, Cole Palmer and Arsenal core centre-back William Saliba are not all world-class.
McCoist, who received the opinion of a Tottenham fan that Son Heung-min is a world class in real time during the broadcast, said, "Hmm.... In fact, not recently, but throughout his career, (Walkle) is on the verge of (Walkle), but (Walkle) is not," he drew the line in a firm tone.
After moving from Leverkusen to Tottenham in 2015, Son Heung-min scored 164 goals in 415 games in nine years to rank fourth in the club's most goals scored list. It is evaluated as a 'spurs living legend'.

But McCoist's assessment was cold. McCoist said "For me, Wolkle is like Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Franz Beckenbauer and Joan Cruyff. Players in this category are very rare. If Bukayo Saka (Asnall) is referred to as a walkle, what should Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) be called?."
Son Heung-min missed three games against Ferencvaros, Manchester United and Brighton after suffering a hamstring injury in his left leg against Karabakh last month. He was also excluded from the October A-match list and is taking a break for the first time in a long time.
