The Sports Promotion Foundation has successfully completed the '2024 Leisure Sports Field Experience' program
The Seoul Olympic Memorial National Sports Promotion Foundation (Chairman Cho Hyun-jae) announced that it has successfully completed the "2024 Leisure Sports Field Experience Program" to provide various leisure sports experience opportunities to the underprivileged with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

A total of 600 people participated in the program, which was held seven times from the KSPO Sports Value Center on June 14 to the National Pyeongchang Youth Training Center on the 20th. In particular, this year, in addition to the youth in rural areas and families subject to social consideration, the beneficiaries were expanded by providing additional support to families of youth in areas and disabled areas where population disappears.

Participants had time to experience various leisure sports using regional facilities such as artificial rock climbing, smart sports and zip lines and feel the value of sports.

An official from the Korea Sports Corporation said, `I hope this program was a time for various underprivileged youths, including the disabled, low-income families, multicultural families, and population-extinct areas, to feel the joy of leisure sports. We will continue to expand public utilities so that more young people can feel the true value of sports in the future."
