"Thank you for nominating me for the first round with a good evaluation."

SSG Landers has completed all contracts with rookie players who will become new family members starting in the 2025 season.

SSG announced on the 6th that it has signed contracts with all 10 rookie players designated by the 2025 Rookie Draft.

First-round catcher Lee Yul-ye, who drew attention, completed the contract with a down payment of 220 million won. Lee Yul-ye is a former member of the youth national team and is evaluated as a complete catcher with a fast and accurate throw and a stable defense, and is expected to grow into a main catcher resource in the Cheongadom era in the future. Contrary to the initial expectation that SSG would also nominate a first-round pitcher due to the large number of fastball pitchers, Lee Yul-ye was dramatically nominated to make the draft field wobble at the time. Lee Yul-ye said "Thank you for nominating me in the first round with a good evaluation from the club, and I will try to become a player who can help the team as it is just the beginning."
