There's a golfer who has this much guts.

Madasom (25, Samchully) joined the ranks of the most wins with an extended win for two consecutive weeks in the final game of the season.

On the 10th, Madasom finished the SK Telecom and SK Shields Championship (total prize money of 1 billion won) at Rabiebel Old Course (par 72, 6771 yards) in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, tied for first with 7-under 209 in the third round.

Madasom, who entered the extended game with a tie with Lee Dong-eun, birdied in the second overtime to win three games of the season and four in total. The prize money is 250 million won. Following last week's S-Oil Championship, he won after two consecutive weeks of extra games.

The process was dramatic.

Madasom, who missed the green as the shot was pulled in the first overtime on the 18th hole (par 4), was not embarrassed.

He made a par save with a clutch shot that put a tricky downhill approach in front of the hole. Lee Dong-eun, who put his second shot on the green, failed to make a birdie putt and entered the second overtime.

In the second extra time held in the same hole, Madasom, who came further from the hole than Lee Dong-eun, made a 15.5m long putt to catch a birdie. Lee Dong-eun failed to make a birdie putt, confirming her victory. In an interview with the broadcaster, he was happy, saying, `It was very similar to the regular 18th hole putt line, so I hit it by referring to it.'

The matchmaker won the title with a clutch approach and a clutch putt through both holes in overtime.

He said "There were no overtime games or plans to win today. The idea of just raising the one-shot ranking led to a good result." He then thanked the chairman (Chairman Lee Man-deuk of Samcheon-ri) by phone before the game today, and the words "'Think of it as a bonus-like game and play it peacefully' helped (win)."

After beating Kim Soo-ji at the S-Oil Championship last week, she won in extra time for two consecutive weeks, and ranked with Lee Ye-won, Park Hyun-kyung, Park Ji-young and Bae So-hyun as the `joint multiple wins.'

Yoon Na-na, who finished with a 2-under 214 and tied for 12th, secured the top prize (1.21 billion won), the grand prize (535 points), and the average number of pars (69.95) to win three KLPGA tours this season. Yoon Na-na will take the LPGA Tour qualifying school next month and challenge for the LPGA next season.

Yoo Hyun-jo, who finished the tournament at 1-under 215 and tied for 20th, won the 2024 KLPGA Tour Rookie of the Year.

Meanwhile, at the KPGA Tour Championship, the last tournament of the KPGA Tour season held at Cypress Golf & Resort East-South Course (par 71) in Seogwipo, Jeju on the same day, Lee Dae-han (34) won his first championship in 15 years after his debut by beating the strongest KPGA Tour players Jang Yoo-bin and Song Min-hyuk (15 under 269) with a total of 18-under 266 in four rounds.

Jang Yoo-bin, who finished the competition tied for second place, won four gold medals, including the top prize winner, the Deokchun Award, which is given first in average at-bats, and the joint first place in multiple wins (two wins). It is the fifth time that the grand prize, prize money king, Deokchun award, and multiple wins have all been won, following Choi Kyung-ju in 1997, Kang Wook-soon in 1999, Kim Kyung-tae in 2007, and Bae Sang-moon in 2009. Song Min-hyuk, who tied for second place by reducing four strokes, won the Rookie of the Year.
