Park Sung-pil won his first KPGA (Korea Professional Golf) Champions Tour prize money.

Park Sung-pil topped this season's Champions Tour with a total prize money of 166.83 million won. He made his KPGA Tour debut in 2002 and was active until 2022, lifting the trophy in his Champions Tour debut. He has participated in 13 competitions this year and entered the top five nine times.

Park Sung-pil said, `Even though I didn't go to off-season training this year, I increased the amount of practice that much. "I've improved a lot physically and my putts have improved a lot. I've prepared hard since before the season, and I'm happy that the process has been proven as a result of the 'prize king.'"

Park Sung-pil will also participate in the KPGA Tour QT Stage 2, which will be held in Hwasun CC, Jeollanam-do for four days from the 5th. He said, `The reason I'm trying the KPGA Tour is to compete with young players, not to be complacent right now.' `I look forward to the development of my golf and my performance in the senior tour through the competition," he said emphatically.
