The 「Hope Addition Charity Baseball Contest」 held by the Yang Joon-hyuk Sports Foundation will be held in Busan for the first time.

Yang Jun-hyuk Sports Foundation, the organizer of the 12th annual charity baseball tournament, contemplates how to enjoy and share warm hearts with baseball fans every year.

Every year, about 50 participating players have participated in the good will. The intention is to share that heart with as many people as possible.

It is the first time that a competition will be held in Busan. There is an outstanding guest. Jerry Royster is a former Lotte Giants manager who led the baseball renaissance in Busan. Yang Jun-hyuk Foundation said "Yang Jun-hyuk's team will use the third base and Royster's team will use the first base dugout."

Former Lotte players such as Lee Dae-ho, Song Seung-joon and Cho Sung-hwan, who were with Royster, also expressed their intention to participate. About 40 retired and active players will shine on the site. Director Yang Joon-hyuk said "It's nice to be able to share the hope-plus charity baseball tournament with manager Royster, who comes to mind when it comes to Busan and Lotte."

This year, we are preparing for more diverse sharing beyond sponsorship centered on supporting sports activities for the socially vulnerable. The team's misplaced uniforms will be auctioned through Charity Auction after the competition is over. The profits from the auction will be donated to the Korea Foundation for Pediatric Cancer in the name of the participating players.

For many baseball fans who will come all the way to Busan, they plan to hold various events at the site and present signed uniforms of the players. This includes not only the players but also the uniforms of singer Lee Chan-won, who served as on-site commentator for the third consecutive tournament.

Uniforms with signatures of the players before the start of the game will also be presented to the audience through an on-site lottery. Yang Joon-hyuk Sports Foundation is preparing various events for fans who will come far to share their passion and warm hearts for baseball even in the middle of winter. I want to repay you by giving you meaningful memories."

There are various events for fans to participate and enjoy together. In particular, more than 50 elementary baseball teams in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province will play in the 'U-12 Hope Sharing All-Star' held before the start of the main tournament. Yang Joon-hyuk, an official at the Sports Foundation, said "The purpose is to expand the base of youth baseball, provide experiences to players, and to become an opportunity to motivate them. All those who come to the Hope-Adding Charity Baseball Tournament can watch the U-12 Hope Sharing All-Star, so if you arrive a little early, please cheer for the growing dreamers."

Singer Lee Chan-won will join as the third consecutive on-site commentary. It has been well received by many baseball fans for its unique talking and sense, so attention is being paid to what kind of performance it will show at this tournament.

The 12th Hope Addition Charity Baseball Tournament will be held at Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan at 12 p.m. on November 30. The U-12 Hope Sharing All-Star will begin at 9 a.m. before the start of the main game. It will be broadcast live on MBC Sports+.
