The e-sports forums held in Busan and Seoul, what did you discuss?

First of all, the Korea e-Sports Industry Association held the 4th Korea e-Sports Policy Forum under the theme of 'E-Sports International Standardization and Olympic e-Sports Games' in BEXCO, Busan, where 'G-Star 2024' is being held on the 15th.
In his keynote speech, Song Seok-rok (Professor of Kyungdong University) said, "(Korea should strengthen its leadership by establishing an international e-sports education and research center and the Asian Sports Federation for the Disabled through international solidarity such as UNESCO, IOC, and IPC", he suggested. Dokyung Lee, an aide to Kang Yoo-jung of the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee, then explained the intentions of ISO TC83 regarding China's e-sports standardization, proposing to lead the e-sports standard through active cooperation with other countries. In particular, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism demanded an active change of perception.
Yoon Kang-ro, a member of the IOC's Cultural and Olympic Heritage Committee, who is leading sports private diplomacy, presented on-site examples of sports diplomacy and suggested realistic ways to utilize the Olympic e-sports competition (OEG), which Saudi Arabia will hold next year, along with active diplomacy to secure leadership.
Heo Gun-sik, an adjunct professor at Seoil University, advised how to secure the initiative in e-sports at the Paralympics, which is internationally barren, while Kim Sa-hoon, a professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, advised that e-sports and the Olympics are creating a shared value and that the initiative should be secured through reasonable education and research for youth education.
In the comprehensive discussion, Ban Hyung-gul, a representative lawyer at the law office, Cho Hyun-joo, a senior researcher at the Korea Sports Science Institute, Kim Jung-tae, a professor at Dongyang University, Lee Hyun-soo, a professor at Pusan National University, and Shin Won-sang, an international director of the Korea Sports Association for the Disabled, suggested active solutions.

The event was attended by more than 40 invited domestic and foreign guests, including IOC e-sports department head Stephane Phileste, chief operating officer Kim Tae-hyung of the Asian Sports Federation (AESF), Hangzhou Asian Games gold medalist Lee Sang-hyuk (T1), Kim Kwan-woo, Lee Da-bin, Taekwondo national team member, Um Ji-wan, IOC Olympic e-sports PM, and officials from e-sports associations (Japan, Canada, Namibia, Ghana, Vietnam, and the UK).
A total of 1,066 people pre-registered, including 435 players in the player session, 370 in the cooperative session, and 261 in the training session, and 1,500 people, including on-site registration, participated, the association said. Three topics, athletes, cooperation, and education, included examples of the establishment of an operating system for the Korean e-sports national team, research presentations on the experience of e-sports athletes at the Hangzhou Asian Games, presentations on the direction of the development of the Olympic e-sports competition, and panel discussions on the importance of sports education.
Through this, resolutions were also adopted to protect and promote the rights and interests of e-sports athletes, promote cooperation between countries and regions, foster global e-sports professionals, and continue implementation and management of joint resolutions.
