Former coach Yoo Do-hoon won a lawsuit against Daegu Korea Gas Corporation, which dismissed him, and will receive a remaining annual salary of about 300 million won.

The Daegu District Court ruled on the 14th that the reason for termination of the contract is not recognized for the lawsuit filed by former director Yoo, and that the Korea Gas Corporation should pay former director Yoo a year's worth of remaining annual salary of 330 million won and legal interest (6 percent)."

Former coach Yoo Do-hoon was notified of the termination of the contract by the Korea Gas Corporation on June 1 last year. The contract period was one year away. Usually, if the club notifies the termination before the expiration of the contract, the remaining annual salary is paid. The Korea Gas Corporation, however, announced that it would not pay any remaining annual salary. He argued that manager Yoo's unfair involvement in the team's management by forming a 'Cartel' from the same high school as general manager A and general manager B was the reason for his dismissal.

However, the court did not acknowledge all of the claims made by the Korea Gas Corporation. As a result, former coach Yoo will be able to receive the remaining annual salary after one year and five months of dismissal.
