Pacific Lynx Korea (hereinafter referred to as PLK) has successfully completed the amateur golf tournament 'Double Golf'.

Twin golf is a newly planned event by PLK this year. It is a competition where people who want to enjoy golf by breaking away from the existing stroke-playing amateur competition can win the award. The rule of teaming in a two-person team in a modified scramble method, selecting a ball in a good position after each tee shot, dropping the other ball within 1m and continuing the play. In other words, if Golin's partner is good at golf, he can even win the championship.

From August to September, more than 1,000 people played preliminary matches in three areas of the metropolitan area, Yeongnam area, and Honam area. A total of 160 people who passed the preliminary round in each region gathered at Lotte Skyhill CC in Jeju to make the final on the 11th.




The participants played on foot in all 18 holes like professional tour players, and recruited a personal caddy who did not distinguish between family, acquaintances, and professional caddy to play together. In addition to tour pro Kim Min-gyu, Park Sung-joon and Kim Sung-sung, Song Kyung-seo, KLPGA Hong Hee-sun Han-eun, who is a broadcast commentator, Haru Nomura, who played in the LPGA, and Seo Jae-yeon, a member of Team PLK, drew attention.

The winner went to Yoon Hyo-sung and Myeongno Heon-jo, who recorded 8-under 64. They recorded the same score as the runner-up team, but the ranking was decided by a backcount method. The winning team has become the winner of the 2025 Sony Open Intuitive Tour ticket, and the privilege of rounding at the nearby prestigious stadium is also scheduled. The runner-up team received a travel voucher worth 6 million won to attend the PLK membership overseas event.

A PLK official said, "I would like to contribute a little to the popularization and expansion of golf so that the Korean golf culture can be established more soundly through the amateur competition called Ssangdu Golf and that everyone of all ages can love golf." expressed his will. "As it is the first competition this year, we plan to further supplement it and expand the window to open more preliminary matches and participate next year and continue to hold it," he said.
