Coach Huh started his leadership career as a coach of Pungsaeng Middle School in 1999 and has built up professional capabilities in the women's soccer field by coaching women's age teams such as the Korea Football Association U-17 and U-20. As a member of the Korea Football Association's Technology Development Committee, he has been focusing on analyzing soccer in each country and developing training technology programs that reflect global soccer trends.
Dozens of male and female leaders reportedly flocked to the open recruitment of Hyundai Steel's women's soccer coach to compete fiercely. A Hyundai Steel official said, `Coach Huh is a leader who has a deep understanding of women's soccer and understands the strengths and weaknesses of WK League players,' adding, `We judged him to be the right person to raise the level of Hyundai Steel's women's soccer team to the next level.' The new coach Huh Jung-jae plans to join the team in early December and prepare for the first season through winter training.
