"Even when I took a year off, my routine was the same. Apartment facilities are also good these days."

SSG Landers Noh Kyung-eun (40) is the main character. After the end of the season, he declared FA, stamping up to 2.5 billion won (guaranteed 1.6 billion won) for 2+1 years, reaching a full level of happiness.

"You have to do your own day's worth of exercise, that schedule unconditionally. The moment I say, "Let's just do it today and do it tomorrow," it's over. You must not fall behind. Running 20 minutes is your routine? Isn't it hard to run. But you can't walk. You have to run until you have 20 minutes full. I've been doing that all my life throughout baseball. I guess that's why exercise is also called addiction."
Few players have lived a life as curved as Noh Kyung-eun. He won 10 games for two consecutive years from 2012 to 2013, and in particular, he recorded two shutouts in 2012 and ranked second in ERA (2.53) after Nippert.
However, the team collapsed to the extent that it won the most losses (15 losses) in 2014. He had a whopping 9.03 ERA.
There was even a professional hiatus. He declared an FA when he was with the Lotte Giants, but then took a rest throughout 2019 as he became 'MIA'. He also suffered from the pain of release.

He once tried to transform himself into a breaking ball pitcher and even a knuckleball pitcher. However, he changed his mind and regained his fastball pitching. This year, he threw a maximum of 149km.
"I regretted it too much in 2014. The slump was too long. I suffered for several years as my body's strength fell and my balance collapsed. During the Lotte period, he took a year off and chose to raise his ball power again instead of breaking balls. I was hearing the sound of 'rejuvenation' in the second division when I was notified of the release. I got a call from SSG within 5 minutes as soon as the article came out, and I've been running like this so far."
The break is Noh Kyung-eun, who stuck to her own routine every day for a year. As I become an FA, I never rest on days when it is difficult to use club facilities or on days when there are events such as award ceremonies.
