The 'Ulsan Dynasty' has finally opened. The 2024 Korean professional soccer team was also a poor player of Ulsan HD.

Ulsan became the third club to win three consecutive K-League titles, which was launched in 1983. Seongnam FC lifted the championship trophy for three consecutive years from 1993 to 1995, 2001 to 2003, when Seongnam FC was a corporate team. Jeonbuk Hyundai won the K League 1 for five consecutive years from 2017 to 2021.

While Jeonbuk dominated the K-League, Ulsan was branded as 'second place in full life'. The sadness no longer exists. Ulsan has won three consecutive games. Ulsan won 2-1 against Gangwon FC at Ulsan Stadium on the 1st with consecutive goals from Rubik'sson and Joo Min-kyu in the third round of the final of the 「Hana One Q K League 1 2024」. The magic of 'Winning Magic Number' has been solved.

Ulsan, which scored 68 points, widened the gap with second-place Gangwon (61 points) to seven points, and confirmed its victory for the third consecutive year regardless of the results of the remaining two games. Ulsan reached the top of the K League 1 in 2022 for the first time in 17 years, and last year won its first two consecutive games since its foundation. It is also the first time that the team has won three consecutive games. Along with 1996 and 2005, he wore his fifth star on his chest.

He also shook off his nightmare at Ulsan Stadium in 2019. Ulsan was able to win the K League 1 final match five years ago, but lost to the Pohang Steelers 1-4, presenting the championship cup to rival Jeonbuk in front of its eyes. This is why it was labeled 'second place for many years'. Coincidentally, it rained that day, too.

The 'Champion Praise' rang out in the rain. Ulsan coach Kim Pan-gon said before the whistle "It's a story I don't know well. If you think about that, you're putting your luggage on your own. You don't have to think about it"It is historically a different member, a different team, a new member, a new team. Today is a new day, a new game, and tomorrow is a new history. The wrong thing went by yesterday. Today, I will fight to create a new history," he stressed. The pledge has become a reality.

Gangwon coach Yoon Jeong-hwan said, "It was a dark past for Ulsan, which is good for provocations. He said "Ulsan has pain here. I wonder if that nightmare will come back. I have such expectationsAfter making a meaningful smile "Kangwon did a great job just by coming this far. But today's game is 50-50. Football is unknown. You have to try it." Gangwon challenged to win its first K League 1 championship in the history of provincial and provincial teams, but it promised to do next.

Coach Kim brought up the 4-4-2 system. With Joo Min-kyu and Kang Yoon-gu in the two-top, Rubik's Son Boyanich Ko Seung-beom and Lee Chung-yong lined up in midfield. Lee Myung-jae, Kim Young-kwon, Kim Ki-hee, and Yoon Il-rok breathed in the four-back. Cho Hyun-woo defended the goal.

Coach Yoon countered with a 3-4-3 card. Kovacevich stood at the one-top, and Yoo In-soo and Yang Min-hyuk were located on the left and right. Song Joon-seok, Lee Yoo-hyun, Kim Kang-guk and Hwang Moon-ki thickened the midfield, and Lee Ki-hyuk, Kim Young-bin and Kang Tu-ji formed a three-back. Lee Kwang-yeon wore goalkeeper gloves.

Autumn rain soaked the ground for 90 minutes. It was an underwater war. Munsu Football Stadium, Ulsan's home, has been changed to maintain the ground. Ulsan took the lead from the start of the game.

In the fourth minute of the first half, Joo Min-kyu aimed for Lee Myung-jae's free kick with a header, but it was in front of Lee Kwang-yeon. In the 13th minute of the first half, Bojanic connected with a right-footed shot from the ball given by Joo Min-kyu, but he split the air. Gangwon opened with Kovacevic's left-footed shot in the 16th minute of the first half, but it was far from a goal.

Yang Min-hyuk's sudden breakthrough also worked for Ulsan. He crossed in the 22nd minute of the first half, teasing Bojanic. However, Yoon Il-rok cleared it first and overcame the crisis. Ulsan had a decisive opportunity in the 26th minute of the first half. Lee Chung-yong's half-beat fast cross was caught by Rubik's hand. However, the ball was hit on the knee and caught by Lee Kwang-yeon.

Goal-scoring Joo Min-kyu

(Ulsan = Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Yong-tae = Ulsan Joo Min-kyu cheers after scoring his team's second goal in a match between Hana Bank K League 1 2024 Ulsan HD and Gangwon FC at Ulsan Stadium on the 1st. 2024.11.1
Ulsan's wave offensive continued, and the first goal was scored in the 35th minute of the first half. Ko Seung-beom connected Yoon Il-rok's throw-in with a cross, and Rubik's son shook Gangwon's net with his right foot after chest trapping.

However, it took 'a long time' for the goal to be declared. VAR (video reading) to determine whether Rubik's handball foul went through an on-field review. The goal was recognized after nearly eight minutes. The first half ended 1-0.

At the beginning of the second half, head coach Kim put Ataru instead of Kang Yoon-gu. Director Yoon took out Lee Sang-hun's card. Gangwon strengthened its offensive, but Ulsan scored an additional goal in the 9th minute of the second half.

Joo Min-kyu scored Lee Chung-yong's cross with his left foot. Joo finally broke his silence in the last round against the Pohang Steelers 'East Coast Derby'. He scored a goal for the first time in 106 days since the match against FC Seoul (1-0) on July 13. He led Ulsan to victory with two consecutive goals. Joo Min-kyu, the top scorer in the K League 1 in 2021 and 2023, scored his 10th goal, achieving double-digit goals for four consecutive seasons.

But Gangwon's background was scary. Lee Sang-hun, who was substituted, received a pass from Yoo In-su in the 14th minute of the second half and saw Cho Hyun-woo come out and scored a comeback goal with a thunderbolt shot from the left side of the penalty area. Coach Yoon strengthened his offense by putting in Henry and Kim Kyung-min a minute later.

Joo Min-kyu sought an additional goal with a right foot shot in the 28th minute of the second half, but was blocked by Lee Kwang-yeon. In the 33rd minute of the second half, Gangwon coach Jeong Kyung-ho, who constantly protested the referee's decision, was sent off. Coach Yoon put in Cho Jin-hyuk and Jin Jun-seo last. Coach Kim replaced Matheus and Hwang Seok-ho following Lee Kyu-sung.

The goal didn't go any further. In the middle of this season, Ulsan coach Kim Pan-gon took the helm as Hong Myung-bo changed his words to the A national team's Sharyeong Tower. It was an unexpected variable, but the K-League was still Ulsan's world.
