K League 2 MVP will be Anyang's Matheus "He will also make history in the first division."

On the 29th, the Hana Bank K League 2024 Awards Ceremony was held at the Swiss Grand Hotel in Hongeun-dong, Seoul.The MVP who drew the most attention was Mateus. Matheus received 12 coaching votes, eight captains and 82 media votes. Matheus, who scored 79.92, was honored by beating out Mota of Cheonan City, who scored 10.56 points, and Juningyo of Asan, South Chungcheong Province, who scored 10.15 points. It is the first time since the foundation that Anyang player won the MVP.
Matheus entered the K-League stage in the Anyang uniform this season. In all games, he scored seven goals and 11 assists, contributing to the victory in Anyang. Matheus won the K League 2 Help Award.

Matheus was honored with a triple crown this season, winning the Help Award and the Best 11 Strikers category along with MVP.
Matheus thanked many fans, including his wife and family for helping him, his father supporting the game in Brazil, and the coach. Next year, I will be a player who will make history in the first part" expressed his feelings.
