This season's K League 2 Young Player was Seo Jae-min of E-Land in Seoul.

On the 29th, the Hana Bank K League 2024 Awards Ceremony was held at the Swiss Grand Hotel in Hongeun-dong, Seoul. The main character of the K League 2 Young Player Award was Seo Jae-min. Seo Jae-min received 34.43 points with 4 coaches, 3 captains, and 37 media votes. He won the honor by narrowly beating Yoon Jae-seok of the Jeonnam Dragons, who received 33.94 points. FC Anyang's Chae Hyun-woo also scored 31.63 points.

Seo Jae-min, who joined FC Seoul last year, did not have a chance to play. He moved to E-Land this season and spread his wings. Seo Jae-min scored two goals and one assist in 29 regular league games this season. Seo Jae-min showed an undulating performance throughout this season, contributing to E-Land's best record of third place in the K League 2 and advancing to the first playoff.

Seo Jae-min recorded the most playing time among the K League 2 Young Player candidates this season and was also selected as the best 11 in the round twice.

Seo Jae-min "Thank you for this award. Thank you to the people who picked me and many fans. I would like to thank all the coaching staff, including E-Land Vice Chairman, the national team, Secretariat staff and the director. Thank you for the veteran mold, Oh Kyu-hyung, Young-wook, and Oh Soo-hyung, who think of the team. It's all thanks to the older members. The players are also grateful. Thank you to E-Land fans who came now. I made my debut this year and I have to learn a lot as a soccer player, and I have to learn more. I am grateful to my father for letting me rely on him. I'm thinking about how to grow and asking questions, and I'd like to thank the director for giving me an answer, waiting, and giving me an opportunity. My family, you worked hard and I will work harder, so I want to tell you that I love you. We will focus on the match against Jeonbuk and achieve our dream for 10 years," he said.
