The Korea Professional Basketball Federation (KBL) invites the nation's top coaches to host youth elite camps.

KBL will hold 'Pokari Sweat Heroes 2024 KBL Youth Elite Camp' at the Youth Gymnasium in Yanggu-gun, Gangwon-do from the 22nd to the 28th. This youth elite camp is designed to foster excellent elite athletes through systematic training by top-level coaches in Korea. A total of 102 elite junior high school players from the Middle and High Basketball Federation will participate in the camp, and it will be divided into three groups.

The coaching staff is gorgeous. The campsite was headed by former DB coach Lee Sang-beom. Five retired KBL legends (Kim Sung-chul, Eun Hee-seok, Ok Bum-joon, Yang Dong-geun, and Kim Tae-sul) and former women's basketball team coach Jeong Sun-min will join as coaches to guide players during the camp. On top of that, Yoo Jae-hak, head of the game division, who has the record for the most wins as a KBL coach, will be in charge of camp training to form a training program.

Non-training programs include injury prevention and player doping education and injury treatment organized by Sejong Sports Orthopaedic Surgery. At the awards ceremony on the 24th, 26th, and 28th, the last day of each group's schedule, the best camp training winners such as MVP and BEST 5 will be selected. Then, on December 6, the 18 selected athletes will be evaluated for the practical evaluation of 'DB Insurance 2025 KBL Promising Players Overseas Training Project' at Seocho Gymnasium.
