Joo Se-jong successfully played his 200th career game of the K League 1 in the 32nd minute of the second half in the 38th round home game against Jeju United at Daejeon World Cup Stadium on the 24th.

After going through Neunggok High School and Konkuk University, Joo Se-jong joined Busan I'Park in 2012 and took his first step on the professional stage. He played in 59 games in Busan (2012-2015), scoring 5 goals and 11 assists, showing off his outstanding performance. Ju Se-jong, who newly established at FC Seoul in 2016, played as the team's main player until 2020 except for the military service period (2018-2019) at Asan Mugunghwa.




He then moved to Gamba Osaka in the J-League in 2021, recording 30 games and two assists in two seasons. Ju Se-jong, who was hired on loan to Daejeon in July 2022, returned to the K-League stage and has scored three points and five assists in 71 games so far in 2024, proving his value.Joo Se-jong, who has been in his professional career for 12 years, set a new record of playing 200 games in K League 1 alone.
