Lim Jin-hee won the runner-up prize in the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour, saving her hope for a rookie award.

In the final round of the LPGA Tour's The Annika Driven (total prize money of $3.25 million) held at Pelican Golf Club (par 70) in Bel-Air, Florida on the 18th (Korea time), Im Jin-hee recorded a 2-under 68 and tied for second place with Charlie Hull (England) and Zhang Weiwei (China) with a final total of 11-under 269.

The best career performance on the LPGA Tour in her debut season. Im Jin-hee tied for fourth place in the JM Eagle LA Championship in April. It was his sixth top-10 record of the season.

With the runner-up, Im Jin-hee narrowed the gap with No. 1 Saigo Mao (Japan) from 146 points to 66 points, raising her hopes for a win. It has secured room to turn around in the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship. Saigo, who participated in this competition, failed to add to the point of the Rookie of the Year award by failing to make the cut.

The points for the Rookie of the Year award will be given differentially according to the ranking, including 150 points for the championship, 80 points for the second place, 75 points for the third place, and 70 points for the fourth place.

Im Jin-hee made three birdies without a bogey until the 17th hole, chasing the lead by two strokes and seeking to win the upset. However, he lost one shot at the 18th hole (par 4) and missed the opportunity to take the second place alone.

In an interview with the LPGA, Im Jin-hee said, `I'm happy. I did my best and I'm satisfied. I had a lot of good shots today, but I couldn't read the green properly, so there was a putt miss" he diagnosed. Asked about his greed for the Rookie of the Year, he said, `I want to ride it so badlyI don't know how much difference there is between " and " (first place). However, I will try to win the final game of the season."

The winner was world No. 1 Nelly Koda of the U.S., who had a 3-under 67 and a 14-under 266 total. Koda, who beat the joint second-place group by three strokes, completed his seventh win of the season and his 15th career championship. The prize money is $487,500.

Koda, who has already confirmed the Player of the Year award, also kept his No. 1 prize money ranking and No. 1 CME Globe point.

Jang Hyo-joon, who saved two strokes, tied for eighth (8-under 272), and Kim Se-young tied for 15th (6-under 274). Yoo Hae-ran and Lee Mi-hyang tied for 20th (5-under 275) and Choi Hye-jin tied for 29th (3-under 277).

Kim A-rim, who won the Lotte Championship for the first time in four years on the 10th, tied for 34th (1 under par 279).
