Choi Jung-eun did well against defending champion Dinghao 9 dan in the round of 16 of the '2024 Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance World Baduk Masters' held at Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Global Campus in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province on the 14th, but lost.
Choi Jeong once pressured Dinghao, with the winning rate rising to 75%, but he was defeated in 150 moves as the situation turned around in the battle on the right side.
