Hyundai Capital won a complete set-score 3-0 (25-20, 25-19, 33-31) at home against Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance in the Dodram 2024  ̄ 2025 V-League at Cheonan Yu Gwan-soon Gymnasium on the 10th.
Hyundai Capital, which finished the first round with 5 wins and 1 loss on the day, rose to the top with 14 points, beating KEPCO (5 wins, 1 loss, 11 points) by 3 points.
Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance remained in fifth place with eight points with two wins and four losses.
For Hyundai Capital, Leo (23 points) and Heo Soo-bong (17 points) duo played, and for Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Grosdanov (21 points) and Fazley (10 points) fought, but it was not enough.
In the first set of offense-to-attack, Hyundai Capital's attack success rate was 61.9%, and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance was only slightly different at 59.1%. Hyundai Capital had two serve aces and one block, but Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance had none. And two more Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance companies in error contributed to Hyundai Capital's 25-20 victory.
A small difference in the close game of the second set decided the winner. At 19-19, Kim Woo-jin's spike serve escaped, and Hyundai Capital made it 20-19, and Jeon Kwang-in's serve in place of Shin Feng shook Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance. At 19-19, Choi Min-ho blocked Fasley's back attack, and Hyundai Capital began to lead. However, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance also stuck to this opportunity in order not to miss it.
