Kwon Chang-hoon (Jeonbuk Hyundai) won the 37th round MVP honor.

The Korea Professional Football Association named Kwon Chang-hoon the MVP of the 37th round of 'Hana Bank K League 1 2024'. Kwon Chang-hoon was substituted in the 25th minute of the second half in a home game between Jeonbuk and Daegu FC at Jeonju World Cup Stadium on the 10th. Based on a lot of activity, he played in both offense and defense. In addition, Kwon Chang-hoon scored his team's second goal in the 40th minute with a powerful shot that cut through the opponent's goal after receiving Lee Seung-woo's pass. As a result, Jeonbuk won 3-1. Jeonbuk escaped the crisis of automatic relegation thanks to Kwon Chang-hoon's performance.

The Korea Professional Football Association also announced the best 11 in the 37th round. Andersson (Suwon FC), Martha (Daejeon), and Lee Seung-woo (Jeonbuk) were listed as the best front-line strikers. Kwon Chang-hoon, Mo Jae-hyun Lee Dong-kyung (hereinafter Gimcheon) and Kim Jin-kyu (Jeonbuk) were selected for the midfield. Anton, Kim Hyun-woo (Daejeon), and Kim Tae-han (Suwon FC) were selected as the defense team. The best goalkeeper was Lee Chang-geun (Daejeon). Meanwhile, Plaka (Jeonnam) won the MVP of the 39th round of the K League 2 (second division). Plaka scored multiple goals in a match between South Jeolla Province and Seoul E-Land at Mokdong Stadium on the 9th. He led Jeonnam to a 4-0 victory. Plaka scored the first goal in the 10th minute of the first half, followed by a net goal in the 32nd minute of the first half. Placa, Valdivia, Choi Won-chul, Ryu Won-woo (Jeonnam), Juninho, Denison, Hwang Ki-wook (Asan, Chungnam), Ramas, Pesin (Busan), Lewis, and Chapman (Kimpo) were listed as the best 11. The best team in the 39th round of the K League 2 is Jeonnam, and the best match is the FC Anyang-Gyeongnam FC match.

The best 11 and MVP of the K League round will be selected through quantitative and qualitative evaluation by the Technical Research Group (TSG) under the Korean Professional Football Federation's Technical Committee. TSG members assigned to K-League games in each round will select the best 11 and MOM (Man Of the Match), respectively. After that, a TSG match evaluation meeting will be held to finalize the K League 1 and 2 Best 11 of the round by combining the TSG committee's ratings and opinions and the K-League's official additional data company 'Vipro' ratings for the players selected as the best 11 for each game. The round MVP selects the MOM of each game as a candidate group and then selects it in the same way as the best 11.
