It is 'companied multi-MVP'.
According to MLB.com reporter Sarah Reims, it is the second time that two players with more than one MVP experience have been selected as MVP in both leagues of the year since 1931 when BBWAA reporters began to select MVP based on their rankings.
The first case was the New York Yankees' Yogi Vera and LA Dodgers' Roy Campanella duo in 1955. Both were legendary catchers who embroidered the major leagues splendidly. That year, Vera and Campanella won their third MVP in their careers. Earlier, Vera was named AL MVP twice in 1951 and 1954, and Campanella was named NL MVP in 1951 and 1953.
If Ohtani and Judge are crowned NL and AL MVP respectively this year, 69 years later, the milestone of the birth of the second 'Multi MVP Duo' in history will be set. Ohtani became the AL MVP in 2021 and 2023 when he was with the Los Angeles Angels, and Judge became the first MVP in 2022 when he hit 62 home runs, the most in an AL season. So this will be Ohtani's third career MVP and Judge's second MVP.

On the 15th (Korean time), Ohtani was selected as the winner in three categories and Judge in two categories at the 'All-MLB Awards' held in Lesbagus, Nevada.
Ohtani became the main character of the Edgar Martinez Award, the all-MLB first team designated hitter, and the NL Hank Aaron Award. He won three gold medals. Judge won the all - MLB First Team Outfielder category and the AL Hank Aaron Award.
Ohtani previously became the main character in three categories: NL designated hitter Silver Slugger, Sporting News Player of the Year, and NL Player of the Year at the Players Choice Awards. Including the three awards on this day, he has won six gold medals this offseason.
Judge got one more. In addition to the two awards on the day, he accumulated his previous 45 awards, including AL outfielder Silver Slugger, Baseball America Player of the Year, Baseball Digest Player of the Year, Player of the Year, and AL Player of the Year. That's why they've already worn seven crowns.
The two players virtually confirmed the MVP of both leagues, which will be unveiled on the 22nd. Ohtani is very likely to finish this offseason with seven gold medals and Judge with eight gold medals.
