OK Savings Bank Brion Wins 2024 LCK Academy Series Second Half

The 2024 LCKAS Academy League Playoff was held at Big Place Studios in Gangnam-gu, Seoul from the 23rd to the 24th, with OK Savings Bank Brion Academy, T1 Esports Academy Rookies, BNK Pierx Academy and D+ Kia Youth advancing.
In the first match of the semifinals on the first day of the playoffs, T1 won 3-2 against D-Plus after a close game in a full set to advance to the final. In the second game that followed, Brion beat BNK 3-1 and decided to face T1.
In the final that followed, Brion won his first championship since his foundation with a 3-0 landslide victory over T1. In particular, Brion, who did not lose a single set against T1 during the full-league tournament, showed overwhelming performance in both the final and the final.

Brion, who won the final championship, was awarded the trophy and 8 million won in prize money. T1, the runner-up team, was given 3 million won in prize money, and D+ and BNK, which are tied for third, were given 1 million won in prize money, respectively.
The LCK AS Academy League is a competition hosted by the LCK Corporation and organized by the Korea e-Sports Association, and is an official league under LCK where academy teams from LCK teams participate. It hosts the annual Open Tournament-Tryout-Academy League twice, providing a venue for opportunities and challenges for prospects preparing to make their professional debut.
