Taiwan won 2-1 on the second day against the Dominican Republic in the Premier 12 Group B qualifying round in Taiwan on the 14th (Korea time) with Zhang Kunyu's final solo shot against starter Huang Zifeng's six innings of no-hitter.
Taiwan, which won 6-3 against South Korea the previous day, rose to the top of Group B with two consecutive wins. The Dominican Republic, which had a 6-1 victory over Cuba on the first day, lost to Taiwan and became a 1-1 loss.
South Korea won against Cuba 8-4 on the day to make it 1 win and 1 loss, while Cuba lost 2 games. Japan and Australia take a break on this day. In Group B, Taiwan ranked first, Japan ranked second in the first approval, and South Korea and the Dominican Republic tied for third, Australia with one loss ranked fifth, and Cuba with two losses ranked sixth.
South Korea won its first victory, but as Taiwan won two, South Korea had no choice but to put a dark cloud on its advance to the Super Round, which is given to the first and second place in Group B.
Assuming that the strongest Japan wins all five games, Taiwan beat South Korea and the Dominican Republic, so if the rest of Cuba and Australia win, they are likely to be second in the group with 4 wins and 1 loss.
For South Korea, if it wins or loses the match against Japan on the 15th, it should win all the remaining Dominican Republic and Australia to make it 3-2 and hope that the Dominican Republic will beat Japan as Taiwan loses either Cuba or Australia.
On the 15th, the Dominican Republic-Australia match and the Korea-Japan match will be held in Group B, and Taiwan and Cuba will rest.

However, Taiwan also took the lead in the game by scoring the first point. I scored the first run with a home run like the previous day.
After one out in the top of the third inning, Jang Kun-yu hit a solo shot over the left fence. The Dominican Republic failed to target Huang Zifeng's ball at all. He was taken to a no-hitter by the end of the fifth inning because he could not get a hit with only one walk.
Fernandez pitched four hits (one home run), one walk, six strikeouts and one run until the sixth inning, but was replaced by Gerald Ogando in the top of the seventh inning with a 0-1 lead.
When the pitcher changed, Taiwan got a chance again. Chen Jiehsien and Ju Jiexen had consecutive walks after one out, creating chances for the first and second bases. The Dominican Republic replaced Victor Lopez as a pitcher.
Panjekai stepped down with a fly to left field, but it went to the bases loaded with two outs due to the catcher's interference when Lin Ja-jeong hit. However, pinch hitter Lin Anker was struck out swinging and failed to score additional points.
Taiwan also replaced a pitcher in the bottom of the seventh inning. Starter Huang Zifeng pitched six scoreless innings with no hit, one walk, four strikeouts, and Lin Kai-wei took the mound in the bottom of the seventh inning.

Taiwan got an additional scoring opportunity for free in the top of the eighth inning. The center fielder made an error to drop the fly ball of the leadoff Jang Kun-yu, making it to second base with no outs. And Chen Chun-wei hit left-handed. However, second baseman Jang Kun-yu failed to score because he was tagged out while running home.
But luck continued in Taiwan. With one out and runners on second and Linley's at-bat, he threw a wild pitch on the first pitch and became a third base with one out. And Linley hit a sacrifice fly to right field to finally make it 2-0.
Taiwan, which continued its scoring opportunity with two outs and a runner on second base by stealing second base following Chen Jie-shuen's right-handed hit, failed to escape any further due to Chiu-Ching's strikeout.
Taiwan put up a right-hander Chen Guanwei in the bottom of the eighth inning. In the Dominican Republic, the leader, Arismendi Alcantara, hit a right-handed hit and stole second base, creating an opportunity for a second base chase with no outs. However, Ricardo Cespedes struck out swinging and got one out.
As Taiwan raised its left-handed ceiling, the Dominican Republic also played right-handed hitter Pedro Gonzalez instead of left-handed hitter Luis Mieses. And with a heavy hit, one out and runners on first and third bases.
However, Michael De León struck out swinging, and pinch-hitter Miker Adolpho struck out swinging again, ending scoreless.
Taiwan's closer Wu Junwei stepped up in the bottom of the ninth inning, and the Dominican Republic created a chance. Leading Jose Devers and Kelvin Gutierrez hit back-to-back hits to make it the first and second bases with no outs. And Allen Hanson succeeded in a sacrifice bunt, leading to a decisive tie chance with one out and runners on second and third bases.
Rainer Nunez hit a ground ball in front of the shortstop after a full count match. The third baseman homered and scored the first point. It followed by a one-point gap, followed by a chance to tie the game with two outs and third base.
Frank Rodriguez struck out swinging and the game ended.
