Coach Erik ten Hach was caught at the stadium a week after he was replaced by Manchester United.
The British daily newspaper 'Daily Mail' reported on the 2nd (local time) that former Manchester United coach Ten Haach visited Hercules Armello and NAC Breda at Erbe Asito Stadium in the 11th round of the Netherlands' Eredivisie in the 2024-2025 season.
Coach Ten Haach, wearing a gray hat and black coat, played a game in which Hercules won 2-0 with Brian De Keersmaecker's multi-goal.
It is the first outing to the stadium in five days since Manchester United was notified of the dismissal. Coach Ten Hach, who led Manchester United to the FA Cup and Carabao Cup for two and a half years, was eventually fired on the 28th of last month after falling into a severe slump for two consecutive seasons in the Premier League (EPL).
Manchester United, which ranked eighth in the league, the worst performance in the club's history in the 2023-2024 season, had fallen to 14th place in the league at the time Ten Hach was replaced. The match against West Ham, which lost 1-2, remained a farewell match for coach Ten Hach.
According to British media reports, Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde, Barcelona midfielder Frenkie the Yong, Liverpool midfielder Alexis McAllister and Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane were the players Ten Haach called for before leaving Manchester United. However, Manchester United rejected it, saying it was an 'unrealistic demand' for financial reasons.
After taking the helm of Manchester United in 2022, Coach Ten Haq failed to return Manchester United to the glory days even though he spent 700 million euros (about 1.46 trillion won) on recruiting players.

After leaving Old Trafford, Ten Hag said in an official statement: "We have won two trophies. It's a lifetime achievement. I wanted to bring more trophies, but the dream came to an end. I wish every Manchester United fan success, trophy and glory. Thank you for letting me write a chapter of my life with warm hospitality," he said goodbye.
Ten Haach is from the Netherlands and led the Eredivisie club Goa Head Eagles, Utrecht and Ajax before taking charge of Manchester United. During his time at Ajax, he won three Eredivisie championships, two KNVB Cup championships, and one Yoan Cruyff Shield championship. In particular, in the 2018-2019 season, Ajax was given a ticket to the semifinals of the European Champions League for the first time in 22 years. The team that eliminated Ajax at the time was Tottenham, led by Son Heung-min. Coach Ten Hach's intuition of the Eredivisie game can be interpreted as a signal for reemployment.
Manchester United succeeded in advancing to the quarterfinals by winning a 5-2 victory in the round of 16 of the EFL Cup against Leicester City on the 31st of last month under interim coach Ruud van Nistelrooy. The 10th round of the EPL against Chelsea at 1:30 a.m. on the 4th is also expected to be played under Van Nistelrooy as interim coach.

Former Sporting CP coach Ruben Amorim, appointed by Manchester United on the 2nd, is scheduled to make his official debut through Ipswich batting on the 25th, after the A match day.
Manager Amorim, a former Portuguese national team leader in his 30s, confessed that some clubs offered more than three times the annual salary than Manchester United, but accepted the offer thinking that there would be no opportunity to take charge of Manchester United unless it is now. The contract period is two and a half years (1 year option) until June 2027.
Amorim is the sixth head coach appointed after former coach Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.
