It's been three years since I've been in women's volleyball. IBK Industrial Bank, led by head coach Kim Ho-chul, is targeting its first spring volleyball.
The women's game in the V-League is similar to last season. It seems that Jeong Kwan-jang is challenging the structure of the second round of Heungkuk Life Insurance and Hyundai Engineering & Construction. The Korea Expressway Corporation and GS Caltex are flying side by side as expected, and Pepper Savings Bank, which was evaluated as a dark horse, faced a real wall such as the replacement of foreigners despite the encouragement of Jang Ji-yeon.
In the meantime, there is a team that shakes the flow. Industrial Bank of Korea has recently won four games in a row, ranking third with six wins and two losses (16 points) this season, beating Jeong Kwan-jang (10 points).
The last four games have been won only by GS Caltex and Pepper Savings Bank. In the first round, they lost to Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Heungkuk Life Insurance, but they won all the other games.

Head coach Kim Ho-chul is a 'special firefighter' recruited to deal with the Industrial Bank of Korea's unsavory downturn in 2021. If the focus has been on stabilizing the team in the meantime, it is the first year of the renewal and the season when Lee So-young and Lee Ju-ah are recruited as FA and should perform at least more than spring volleyball.
