Professional basketball Seoul SK has arranged a retirement ceremony for Yang Woo-seop, who retired after the last season, in a home game against Suwon KT at 2 p.m. on Dec. 1.

Yang Woo-seop graduated from Myongji University and Korea University, made his professional debut with Busan KTF in the 2008-2009 season, and played for Changwon LG and Seoul SK. During his 15 professional seasons, he played in a total of 612 games, averaging 3.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists.

In particular, during the SK period, he played a role in supporting the team as a backup guard based on his sincere attitude and passion. It has contributed greatly to the integrated victory in the 2021-2022 season.



The SK club will play a video of Yang Woo-seop's highlights as a player at halftime of the game, deliver souvenirs prepared by the club, and take photos with the team.

Meanwhile, SK will have a time to officially greet fans with four members of 'MZ Knights' selected through the 2024 draft, including Kim Tae-hoon, Lee Min-seo, Kang Jae-min and Yang Joon, before the game.
