'ThinkFielder' is a program in which E-Land provides college students with opportunities to experience club jobs, and selected college students are given an environment to grow as sports marketers by gaining practical experience.
The 9th Thinkfielder participated in various activities such as match photography and video content production at home and away games for about 11 months from February to December to develop his practical skills.
In particular, this rider stood out in creative video content production. It produced a total of 45 contents, including videos on Seungri's way home and contents using mascots, and contributed to communication with fans by recording more than 73,000 views on YouTube and Instagram.
In addition, in-depth understanding and practical experience of the sports industry were gained through special lectures and field experience invited by incumbent officials such as the Korean Sports Council and T1.
Choi Young-chan, who won the Best Activity Award, said "As a student dreaming of becoming a sports marketer, I liked that I was able to develop the ability to think for myself. I was able to learn insights and know-how by leading the entire process of content production, and I am very happy and grateful to win the grand prize. I want to continue to work hard and grow into a competent sports marketer," he said.
Kim Dan, who received the Outstanding Activity Award, started out as a think-fielder and was even more brilliant this year with Seoul E-Land as a "big fan". I did my best because I wanted to be of any help to the team I support, and in the process, I grew up as a content marketer and gained valuable experience. I will continue to support E-Land in Seoul as another fan from now on."
Meanwhile, Seoul E-Land is planning to start recruiting college student marketers 'ThinkFielders'10th' at the end of this month.
