Awards ceremonies are being held at the end of the year to celebrate athletes and officials who have shone in Korean e-sports this year.

On the 19th, the '2024 Esports Hall of Fame induction ceremony' hosted by the Korea Esports Association will be held, followed by the LCK Awards on the 29th.

Korea's e-sports industry has not taken the lead in the fierce global market this year, with China actively seeking to lead the standardization of e-sports and Middle Eastern countries continuing to hold large competitions by investing huge amounts of capital. The '2024 LCK Awards' to be held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul on the 29th will be the largest ever with 1,000 fans.
