The K League 2 Ansan Greeners are noisy due to noise inside and outside even before entering the new season.

Ansan , which has not been able to sign contracts with 30 players and coaches until recently, welcomed former vice chairman of Ansan City Council Kim Jung-taek as the new general manager on the 20th.

Kim was a three-term city councilman and also served as the head of the Ansan Football Association. He is known to have proposed a proposal for the establishment of a professional soccer team in 2012 when he was a city council member, leading to the establishment in 2017.

However, the inside and outside of the club have been noisy since the appointment of general manager Kim.

An official familiar with the club's internal affairs said "As soon as the new head of the team completed the appointment ceremony, he notified six people, including four prospective high school graduates, of the contract's impossibility."The player who is scheduled to graduate from high school does not even accept college admission due to joining Ansan, so if he is notified that he is not able to sign a contract, he has to quit soccer as it is." In addition to the players, it is known that leaders of the youth team under the age of 12-18 have recently been notified of no contract by text.

Ansan suffered from measles in June last year, with the coach being arrested for corruption in the selection of seniors. Ansan Mayor Lee Min-geun, the owner of the team, later announced that he would set the size of the team to 33 this year and 30 in the 2025 season through an innovation plan. In addition, the selection of players was required to go through a lecture committee.

Former CEO Ahn Ik-soo and the Ansan front office confirmed 30 players to be together in the new season through this process. After completing the annual salary negotiations with them and the coaches, the club's front desk went through the secretary-general and made a payment to the acting CEO. However, the payment was delayed, and in the end, head coach Lee Kwan-woo, the only contractor', gathered the players in advance and was training. Thailand's off-season training tickets, which were scheduled to depart on the 28th to prepare for the new season, have not even been purchased.

However, the payment, which had been delayed without promise, was immediately rejected on the 20th when the new general manager was appointed. The instruction was issued that 'the new general manager has been appointed, so proceed after payment of the general manager.

In a phone call with Sports Chosun, head coach Lee Kwan-woo took a cautious stance, saying, `There are parts where it is difficult for me to speak from my point of view.' He said "As a senior soccer player, I feel sorry the most. He said, "Even if I try to catch them all, it's not going well. I just want to finish the players' contracts quickly and prepare well for the new season through off-season training."

Ansan fans also exploded in the midst of a series of incidents.

The Ansan Supporters' Solidarity Democratic Party 'Tomorrow Better Than Today' recently released a statement. They called on Ansan City to take immediate action to normalize the club, saying, `The process of appointing Kim Jeong-taek as the new general manager is seen as a political decision that undermines the essence of the civic club.'

In response, General Manager Kim Jung-taek said in a phone call with Sports Chosun that `It doesn't seem to be a story to be told over the phone to someone who hasn't seen or greeted them. If you want to talk about this part, let's talk about it formally in the face." "I don't know if the report came in or not, but if you want to cover it, don't you have to see your face formally?" "I've been in politics for 15 years. I've met countless reporters. Meet and interview and write an article exactly. Speculative articles are not acceptable. If you want to check on what I've instructed you to do, come to the club's office and let's meet."
