Hwang Hee-chan is likely to move his team as early as January next year.
The media outlet said: "Hwang Hee-chan, who stayed in Wolverhampton last summer, could pack up in a few weeks. He said he would be well-received by many clubs, adding that there is a possibility of a transfer as he has not been able to play for Wolverhampton recently.
Hwang Hee-chan is on the bench this season. He played only 296 minutes in 11 games and failed to score a single offensive point.
In contrast, he played in 31 games in the previous season, scoring 13 goals and three assists, showing a 'ace' level of performance. It was one of the team's most powerful offensive options, scoring double digits through December.

If Hwang Hee-chan moves to Marseille, he will have to compete fiercely with Lee Kang-in, who plays for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). Marseille is a prestigious club representing France and has won nine times in Ligue 1. It is also the only UEFA Champions League winner in France.
Marseille has been doing well recently with manager Roberto Dezerbi taking over.
Coach De Zerby, who led Brighton in the EPL 2022-2023 season, is well aware of Hwang Hee-chan. Marseille has scored 29 points in League 1 this season with nine wins, two draws and three losses, chasing PSG (34 points), which is ranked first.
