Fluminensee, a prestigious Brazilian player, has challenged to recruit Hishalisson.
Brazil's ESPN publicly admitted on the 16th (Korea time) that Mario Wittencourt, chairman of Fluminensee, was moving to recruit Hishalisson.

But I believe Hishalisson wants to return to his hometown and go to a team where he can play in the eye to get closer to the Brazilian national team again."
Hisalisson, one of the worst recruits in Tottenham's history. Hishalisson received Tottenham's attention with his consistent performances for Everton and Brazil. Tottenham invested 50 million pounds (about 91.2 billion won) to recruit Hishalisson ahead of the 2022-2023 season to ease Harry Kane and Son Heung-min's scoring burden. It was the second highest transfer fee in the club's history.
However, Hishalisson has had an injury-plagued career following his move to Tottenham. In the first season, he failed to leap to the starting lineup, so his league debut goal came in the 34th round of the league. No one expected Hishali Song to be this sluggish.
He got better in the second season. With Harry Kane's departure, Hisalisson's shoulders became heavy, but he lacked presence at the beginning of the season. When Son Heung-min was away for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Asian Cup, Hishalisson played his part by scoring nine goals. That's it. Since March, he has been suffering from injuries again.
In the end, Tottenham gave up their faith in Hishalisson by bringing in Dominic Solanke ahead of this season. The problem is this season is the worst. However, he suffered a hamstring injury against Aston Villa, his first game in November, and he will no longer be able to play in 2024.

Fluminensee is a club where Hishalisson played as a child and played before challenging Europe. For now, Tottenham has not yet held a negotiating table with Pluminensee. It seems to be an action to raise the price.
Wittencourt said "There are no financial negotiations at the moment. Tottenham are already open to any offer, but Hishalisson has responded that he is not interested in negotiations at the moment as he is an important player for them. We are also talking to the player to understand Hishalisson's interest" he said.
From Tottenham's point of view, there is no reason to refuse Fluminensee if he sends a good offer. It is realistic to sell Hishalisson and invest in a new player with that money. The question is whether Pluminensee can match Tottenham's desired transfer fee. They are a team whose transfer fee is only 7 million euros (about 10.5 billion won).
