Doosan Bears completed their salary contract in 2025 as the fastest among the 10 clubs. Doosan announced the main results of its annual salary contract on the 13th.
Kim Taek-yeon, a first-year high school rookie pitcher who swept all the rookie awards, including the KBO Rookie of the Year this season, will receive 140 million won next year from the existing minimum annual salary of 30 million won. It rose 110 million won and recorded a 366.7 percent increase rate. This is the highest annual salary tie in the second year of high school graduates (formerly KT So Hyung-joon) and a new record for the highest increase rate in the history of the Bears franchise. When Kim Jae-hwan rose from 50 million won to 200 million won in 2017, it easily exceeded 300% recorded.

Infielder Kang Seung-ho, a reserve FA, also rose for sure. Kang Seung-ho, who is set to become an FA next season, ranked first in the team's non-FA high performance. It signed a contract of 370 million won, an increase of 115 million won (45.1%) from its previous annual salary of 255 million won.

In addition, Cho, who won the steal king this season, rose 105 million won and 110.5% from 95 million won to 200 million won, while Kim Ki-yeon, who showed his presence as a catcher to succeed Yang Eui-ji, surged 70 million won (175 percent) from 40 million won to 110 million won.
Lee Yoo-chan was also listed on the list of the first billion-dollar annual salary from 85 million won to 105 million won.

This off-season, Doosan's internal FA Huh Kyung-min and Kim Kang-ryul moved to KT and Samsung, respectively. It wasn't that he didn't offer a contract, but he didn't seem to be very active in persuading him to stay. However, he chose internal development and motivation. As the salaries of young players in their 20s who performed well increased significantly, they showed a winning move for next season, which marks the third year under coach Lee Seung-yeop.
