The Korean Volleyball Federation held the 21st 3rd board meeting and extraordinary general meeting at the Hyatt Hotel in Incheon on the 18th.
The board of directors discussed agendas for the Dodram 2024-2025 V-League All-Star Game, 2025 foreign player tryouts and Asian quarters, 2025 KOVO Cup Professional Volleyball Tournament schedule, and 25-26 season V-League game schedule, and the main results are as follows.
▲Dodram 2024-2025 V-League All-Star Game
The Dodram 2024-2025 V-League All-Star Game was confirmed to be held on January 4, 2025 (Sat) at Hoban Gymnasium in Chuncheon, Gangwon State, the first non-related place for professional volleyball.
▲2025 Foreign Players Tryout and Asia Quarter Held
Next year's foreign player tryout will be held simultaneously in Istanbul, Turkiye, in May 2025. In order to increase efficiency by considering the schedule of international competitions for men and women and shortening the entire event period to reduce the budget, the men's and women's foreign tryouts will be held during the same period.
Meanwhile, there is a change in next year's Asian quarter draft. The Asian quarter was conducted non-face-to-face, allowing more players to apply for the draft. Players who have been unable to attend due to club or national team schedules can participate in the draft without restrictions due to the way they have to attend the field, naturally expecting an increase in excellent players and alternative pools. The non-face-to-face draft will be held in Seoul, and the date will be announced later.

Next year's KOVO Cup Professional Volleyball Championship will be held from September 13 (Sat) to September 20 (Sat) in 2025 and from September 21 (Sun) to September 28 (Sun) in the women's team. In addition, for the first time in professional volleyball, the KOVO Cup will be held in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do.

The schedule for the V-League games in the 2025-2026 season has also been confirmed. The next season's V-League began on 18 October 2025 (Sat) and will be held until 7 April 2026 (Tue), with 126 games in men's and women's divisions scheduled for a total of six rounds. The game starts at 19:00 on weekdays, 14:00 on weekends for men and 16:00 on weekends, and the league's rest days are Monday for both men and women. However, the February 2026 game break date was adjusted to Thursday to ensure there would be no three games in seven days for each team as the games continued due to the Lunar New Year holiday.
