The association's labor union revealed on the 19th that `A executive has committed abusive acts, abusive language, threats, insults, and coercion against secretariat personnel.'
The union accused KPGA executive A of committing criminal acts beyond harassment, such as swearing, verbal abuse, and insults containing sexual harassment remarks to victim employee B who has worked for more than 10 years, and using his/her work mistake as a weakness, forcing him/her to resign, and urging him/her to leave the union.
The KPGA executive claims 'serious business mistake', but the union countered that 'The victim employee B spent his school days abroad, was fluent in English at the level of a native speaker, and won the 'KPGA Excellent Employee Award' at the end of 2022.
Mr. B submitted evidence to the company, including 'KPGA's executive abuse statement', a voice file containing abusive language, and a psychiatric treatment confirmation, and reported 'work harassment'. In the affidavit, Mr. B said "The conduct of an executive turned me 'KPGA' into a living hell' rather than a place of living and proud work"You can't sleep well without psychological counseling.", he complained of psychological pain.
The KPGA Labor Union said it will request an investigation of the executive A in question in connection with intimidation, insults, coercion, and the withdrawal of the union.
KPGA, which was controversial over same-sex sexual harassment at work in 2021, has been embroiled in internal strife this time over allegations of workplace harassment.
