Professor Lee, who has run a special physical education program for children with disabilities since earning his doctorate from the University of Minnesota in 2005, has worked as a professor of physical education at Seoul National University since 2012 and led changes in the field of special education by opening programs for children with disabilities, theories, and practical classes. Since 2015, he has participated in the 「Sports Vulnerable Class Talent Sharing」 linkage program hosted by the Seoul Sports Council for the Disabled」, guiding 70 students and teenagers with disabilities every year, and contributing to the hosting of the Seoul Mayor's Wheelchair Rugby Competition. Above all, last year and this year, the Seoul Sports Council for the Disabled and Sports Chosun supported smooth cooperation at the Seoul National University Gymnasium in the field of the "Seoulim Sports Festival", and opened the "Career Mentoring'Sports Experience Booth for the Disabled" with the students of the Seoul National University's Special Education Laboratory, receiving enthusiastic responses from teachers and parents as well as middle and high school students 'Seoul Limer'.
