His father, Cesare, and son, Daniel, all played for AC Milan, so the family is full of dark red DNA. Maldini, who started his career with AC Milan Youth in 1978, reached the first team in 1984, and AC Milan itself played 25 seasons in AC Milan until 2009. He played 902 games in AC Milan alone. Of course, it's No. 1 in history. While Maldini played, AC Milan made a brilliant history. He has lifted a total of 26 trophies, including seven Serie A wins and five European Champions League wins.
I never left AC Milan after my retirement. He was appointed sports director. Maldini, who spent 45 years in AC Milan, left his hometown of AC Milan last summer. He suffered a shocking dismissal. The reason is unknown, but it is widely believed that he was kicked out by American owner Gary Cardnell.
Maldini opened his mouth belatedly. "In my 25 years as a player at AC Milan, the club tried to apply to prospects as much as possible. It was the responsibility of AC Milan to discover and raise young players. However, this system disappeared in the current AC Milan. The owner was also loath to deal with this issue" he revealed. "It is very important to support young players. The performance is important, but so is the personality. These intangible elements are important to club management. However, the owner overlooks the importance of intangible. These things cannot be explained in writing. There's no magic formula here. "You need to know this so that the club can be successful as well. Success doesn't just come from victory."
Is the resentment of the time still there. Maldini missed AC Milan's 125th anniversary. He refused the club's invitation. With Marco van Basten, Ruud Gouliti, Franck Leicardt, Filippo Inzaghi and Clarence Seidorf all out, Maldini's absence, which is like AC Milan's listing, has tarnished its meaning.
