Pohang Steelers re-signed Yoon Pyeong-guk. Yoon Pyeong-guk, who joined Incheon in 2013, blossomed in Gwangju while gaining experience. Based on that performance, he joined the Pohang Steelers in 2022. Yoon Pyeong-guk played a respectable game in his first year of joining the team, but failed to play in the league the following year due to injury.
Yoon Pyeong-guk made his first league comeback in more than two years against Gangwon on September 22. The team's victory was kept stable enough to overshadow the blank period. After playing all the remaining games as a starter, he showed a brilliant defense in the final of the Korea Cup and made a brilliant contribution to the championship.
Yoon Pyeong-guk thanked the club and the manager for the opportunity to re-sign. After coming to Pohang for 3 years, I was able to have fun and learn a lot about soccer once more"I was very attached to the fans who always cheer me on, but I'm happy to continue to be with them. Next year, I will do my best to contribute to the team and produce good results" expressed his determination.
