There's no reason why Manchester United coach Hoobeng Amorim wants Kaoru Mitoma.
It is a fact that the world knows that Manchester United are currently trying to sell Marcus Rashford. Amorim hasn't been on the roster for the last three games, even though Rashford hasn't been injured. Rashford is showing publicly that he is no longer an important player in the team. Rashford also said he was preparing for a transfer in an interview that he was ready to take on a new challenge, regardless.
If Manchester United releases Rashford, of course, recruiting a replacement is essential. Rashford is released because of his poor performance and inability to focus on football. Manchester United needs a player who can perform much better than Rashford.

Mitoma is in the same position as Rashford. Both players are wingers who play on the left flank. It is undeniable that Mitoma is a good player, but the possibility of coming to Manchester United is expected to converge to zero. First of all, Mitoma is not the type of winger Amorim wants. Amorim uses a 3-4-3 formation.
In general 3-4-3 formation, wing forwards, who take over the left and right wings, are often located very wide on the side, but in Amorim's system, they move centrally.
