The Ryu Hyun-jin Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Ryu Hyun-jin Foundation) will hold its first youth baseball camp 'CAMPRYU99 with New Care' at the Seosan Hanwha Eagles 2nd Army Training Center on the 21st.
Ryu Hyun-jin explained that "'CAMP RYU99 with New Care' focuses on motivating children who are about to enter middle school to develop their dream of becoming baseball players and gain confidence through this.
Forty-eight players from elementary school baseball teams in Daejeon and Chungnam will participate in this camp.
A total of nine former and current baseball players, including Ryu Hyun-jin, chairman of the Ryu Hyun-jin Foundation, Hwang Jae-gyun (KT Wiz), Kim Hyun-soo (LG Twins), Chae Eun-sung (Hanwha Eagles), Jang Min-jae (Hanhwa Eagles), Yang Eui-ji (Doosan Bears), Park Gun-woo (NC Dinos), Jinyoung Kim (former Hanwha Eagles) and Jang Se-hong (Hanhwa Eagles coach), will participate as coaches to guide youth players.
The camp will be conducted with baseball Q&A, 1:1 coaching by position, such as hitting and infield defense, outdoor defense, and pitching, and home run races, designed to help young players feel and enjoy baseball. In addition, nutritional customized diets are provided for participating students during the camp. Nutritionist Kim Min-ji, who appeared on U-Quiz and drew attention as a "lobster food nutritionist," collaborated with 'Jungang Haejang' and 'Grandma Bossam Jokbal' and 'theVenti to increase the degree of completion.
