The Korean Swimming Federation for the Disabled announced that candidate Sung Baek-yu was elected in the new presidential election held in the conference room of the Olympic Hall in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 1st.
Sung Baek-yu, a former sports journalist, worked as a spokesperson for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics and Paralympics Organizing Committee, a spokesperson for the 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships, and a media arbitration committee member. The chairman's duties will begin on January 20 next year, and his term will be four years.
