'Walkle goal scorer' Harry Kane (31, Bayern Munich) still had Son Heung-min (32, Tottenham) in his mind.
British Sports Radio 'Talk Sports' shed light on Kane's remarks at a recent supporters event on the 16th (Korea time).
Kane was asked to select a Tottenham player he wanted to bring to Munich, and quickly answered "Sonny".
This answer from Kane sparked speculation that Son could leave Tottenham next summer. Son Heung-min said his contract will expire at the end of this season.
When Kane moved to Munich for £120 million in the summer of 2023, Tottenham's response was summed up as a `tremendous shock' The club's all-time top scorer explained that it was the right time to leave North London. His absence was huge, not only because of his amazing contribution to the team but also because of his partnership with Son. Kane and Son Heung-min played a total of 297 games together from the 2015-2016 season to the 2022-2023 season. During the period, Son helped 28 of Kane's goals, while Kane assisted 26 of his goals. The two have become the most prolific duo in Premier League history.
After Kane's departure, Son Heung-min is now working with Dominic Solanke, Dejan Kulusevski, Brennan Johnson, Hishalisson and Timo Werner. However, if Kane had the right to decide, Munich would consider the combination of `Sonqueduo.'

Son Heung-min, Kane and 'Son-Keduo' ranked first overall in the category, scoring 47 goals in the Premier League alone while playing together. They beat Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard (36 goals), David Silva and Sergio Aguero (29 goals), Robert Pirre and Thierry Henry (29 goals), and Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino (25 goals). Kane's transfer dismantled the duo, but this record is likely not to be broken for decades to come.
Son Heung-min is showing his presence at Tottenham without Kane. In the 16th round of the Premier League against Southampton (5-0) on the 16th, he scored one goal and two assists in the first 45 minutes, breaking the Tottenham club's record (68). He also jumped to a tie for 18th in the all-time scoring rankings with 125 individual goals in the Premier League.
Kane, who scored 14 goals in 12 Bundesliga matches this season, has recovered from his injury and is preparing for the weekend match against Leipzig.
